Position Overview:
Support business objectives of premix facility by performing variety of functions in accordance with DNP procedures. Maintain, generate and distribute documentation associated with functional areas of production, distribution, financial and administration. Position is held within a manufacturing environment. Product quality, traceability and integrity are of utmost importance.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Establish and maintain inventory levels for blend facility through Supply Chain and Purchasing departments. Ensures production levels and product turnover are consistent for customer expectations and operation performance. Coordinate weekly cycle counts to ensure accuracy of SAP inventory.
+ Coordinate receipt of raw ingredients in SAP to ensure accuracy and traceability of new materials. Coordinate the return of any raw ingredient that does not meet current specifications.
+ Verify product has been manufactured and received in accordance to Quality Management System. Finished goods batch confirmation and release is performed in SAP to ensure product quality and accuracy.
+ Coordinate with Nutritional Services on rework of failed batches via SAP.
+ Prepare reports for plant management on disposal of any ingredients or failed, expired finished goods.
+ Preparation and submission to lab of process monitoring, homogeneity, carryover samples and quality plan lab submissions for quality assurance of finished goods.
+ Monitor all sales orders for accuracy. Coordinate freight agreements with truckload carriers. Schedule outgoing freight with transportation companies to meet order requirement. Creates documents for domestic and international shipments, ensuring quality assurance standards are met for accuracy of paperwork and finished goods. Ensures all documentation meets US Customs, FDA and CFIA requirements. Provides follow up with logistics issues such as complaints, late deliveries, damaged goods or customer returns making sure a mutually beneficial resolution is achieved.
+ Coordinate and submit proper coding of time for regular and temporary employees.
+ Receive and accurately code invoices for payment. Maintain Accounts Payables documentation. Maintain relationship with vendors to ensure timely payment of invoices. Coordinates usage of DSM Pro-card.
+ Maintain storage of documentation for facility. Receive incoming phone calls and direct as required. Provide back up support for Plant Manager.
+ Provide regular guidance and support to other employees regarding production priorities.
+ Completes all required computer based training modules on Training Compass. Attends formal training classes (e.g., safety, quality improvement, problem solving, SDS, etc.).
+ Participate in site SHE culture including Behavior Based Safety and Safe Start programs on site.
+ SHE Duties & Responsibilities: Display and promote positive safety behaviors at all times, use proper personal protective equipment, appropriate safety tools, equipment and procedures that ensure self and others go home safe each day; that area and equipment operate to highest safety levels, that all people in area (Maintenance, quality, visitors, contractors, etc.) comply with safety directives and keep area neat and clean.
+ All employees to be aware of and follow all DSM Life Saving Rules.
+ Acts in such a way that safety awareness, accident prevention, quality and feed/food safety are considered in performing all tasks.
+ Shows leadership by working to SHE standards and encouraging employees to work to the same standards.
Knowledge and Educational Level:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Requires a broad range of office and technical skills related to a manufacturing environment (ISO, HACCP, OHS), with specific knowledge of specialized software programs such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Require strong demonstration of multi-tasking and prioritization capabilities.
+ Independent thinker with strengths in problem solving, trouble shooting and attention to detail based on set parameters.
Required Level of Experience:
+ 3 ? 5 years? experience. SAP and or production software experience a plus.
+ Must demonstrate ability to work with minimal direction. Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Knowledge of, adhere to, and enforcement of DNPCI corporate policies addressing quality, safety and environmental and industrial hygiene.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
