Human Resources Specialist

TD Automotive Compressor Georgia, a global leading innovative company that is producing energy efficient air conditioning compressors for the automotive industry has opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist.


Primary responsibilities?include:?administration and maintenance of?an ADP HR and time keeping system,?recruiting, tracking and analyzing data?and communications.???


ADP System Administrator: Responsible for maintaining the ADP HR and time keepings system.? Understanding of how different parts of the ADP system work together and have the ability to work with associates and management to make corrections as well as work with ADP programmers to make changes to the system. Responsible for administration of the ADP System, but doesn't process payroll.


Recruiting:? Responsible for?recruiting?exempt and?non-exempt positions, including engineering and maintenance positions.? Work with department management to create job?profiles, source and track candidates.? Attend job fairs and work with local colleges and universities to source candidates.??


Computer Skills/Data Analysis:? Excel, Power Point, Word.


Responsible for creating and analyzing multiple detailed reports.? Reports are primarily in Excel, must have the ability to create reports including creating graphs and charts and then analyze the data to create meaningful information & develop improvement plans.


Communication:? Responsible for a monthly internal newsletter, assist with meeting minutes from monthly communication meetings and internal memos.


Other:? Must be flexible to work in other areas of HR including?FMLA administration, associate relations,?and social activities.


Qualifications:? Bachelor?s Degree or 3 5 years of HR experience. This position will be responsible for very detailed and technical aspects of HR as well as communications and involvement in the community.


Excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills are required with an?attention to detail.? Detailed understanding of the recruiting process and ability to create and improve the existing recruiting and interview process.

  • Ability to quickly notice inconsistencies and develop countermeasures.?


  • Ability to develop and create ideas based on data analysis.


  • Ability?to create schedules and achieve deadlines.


  • Flexibility to work on different projects and areas of HR as the needs arise.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
