PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To provide proactive Customer Service support for in-house Sales Coordinators.
GUIDE TO THE POSITION - DUTIES,
Responsibilities:
Fast paced customer service environment Handle orders, emails, telephone calls and various other responsibilities Ability to enface effectively with other departments.
Build customer relationships.
Through follow up Dependable People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
Ability to Multitask Detail-oriented and highly motivated Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges.
Be a customer service advocate.
Have a great interpersonal skill and enjoy helping others.
Have experience in and be comfortable working with multiple CRM, Microsoft, and business systems.
Ability to learn processes and systems.
Possess the ability to think outside the box.
Be comfortable making decisions and resolving issues.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Have a flexible can-do attitude and be willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks.
Have a questioning, analytical personality that is always looking for a better way to do things.
Be efficient, neat and well organized.
