We are seeking a customer-oriented professional for the Training Center Coordinator position.
Principal
Responsibilities:
Greets and welcomes customers and directs them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security by following company procedures and issuing visitor badges.
Answers incoming phone calls and directs all inquiries appropriately.
Responds to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
Overall responsible for daily custodial duties to ensure the facility stays in a clean and orderly condition.
Maintains a safe, clean reception area.
Coordinates all service and sales training schedules and classes.
This includes but is not limited to registration requests, cancellations, waiting lists, billing, safety, training class schedules, dealer and customer communication about training, etc.
Maintains and updates training master files and dealer contact information.
Coordinates all food catering needs for all events.
May assist with housekeeping duties at the training center at the request of the department manager.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications Applicant must be proficient with common workplace software products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
).
Must be able to learn and utilize the Takeuchi Learning Management System software.
Self-starter with strong planning, communication, and customer service skills.
Must comply with safety rules and regulations and apply them to daily work routines.
Possess a valid US driver's license.
Live in (or relocate to) the Pendergrass, Georgia area.
