We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Customer Service person to join our amazing team! The responsibilities will include but are not limited to, what is outlined below.
Shopper support and information Shopper problem-solving and conflict resolution (i.
e.
, lost kids, location of products, parking issues) Work with security officers to resolve shopper disputes.
Manage and qualify vendor leads and waiting list Manage the onboarding and move-in process Respond to vendor inquiries Submit work order requests Ensure vendors are following policies Vendor management based on assignment Vendor rent collection.
Vendor problem solving and conflict resolution includes issues with other vendors and shoppers.
