-Maintaining exterior cleanliness (ie.
trash pickup on grounds, pool area cleanup, breezeway cleaning, etc.
) -Cleaning of leasing office and other interior common areas (ie.
fitness center, business center, etc.
) -Light cleaning of vacant units to maintain cleanliness Being an apartment community we will always have move outs and move ins.
If deadlines are met and work is satisfactory bonuses and commissions may be available.
We are looking for someone who is self motivated.
All material and tools will be provided.
We are also open to a flexible schedule.
