Job summaryKey Job Elements:
o Support and work in the department as required o Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers o Providing vacation coverage for Area Managers o Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline) o Tracking and reporting of ATS/labor hours o Assisting the floor as an associate resource, training associates and verifying SOP compliance o Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance o Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity o Filling in as needed with production duties o Fully understanding workflow and daily production goals o Reviewing and updating SOP as required o Assisting in keeping work area clean and organized o Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area o Coaching associates to work safely at all times o Participating in safety initiatives o Referring all job injuries immediately to area manager Basic
Qualifications:
o Associates must be in good standing o Ability to work overtime as required o Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas o Continued meeting or exceeding of department performance goals Preferred
Qualifications:
o Education beyond High School, and/or prior experience managing employees o Excellent interpersonal skills o Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills o Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of Amazon associates and management o Experience with an FC kaizen or Shingi event o An awareness and willingness to use OE tools and techniques o Experience working in Problem Solve a plus o Leadership ability o Respect from associates in production area Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
